¡¡¡¡GAZA, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- The indirect talks between Israel and the Palestinians on restoring calm in the Gaza Strip are set to resume in Cairo, a senior Islamic Hamas movement's official said on Sunday.

¡¡¡¡The official renewal of the indirect talks that are sponsored by Egypt will resume after the holiday of Eidul Adha that ends in early October, the spokesman said.
¡¡¡¡A senior Palestinian official said on Saturday that leaders of Hamas and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah Party are scheduled to meet in Cairo to resume internal dialogue on reconciliation.
¡¡¡¡Azzam el-Ahmad, head of Fatah delegation to the dialogue, said in a press statement that it has been agreed with the Egyptian side to hold meetings with Hamas representatives in Cairo.
¡¡¡¡"The meetings will be held in accordance to Fatah's request and in accordance to an agreed upon schedule to treat all the outstanding issues between the two sides and remove all the remaining obstacles," said el-Ahmad.
