QINGDAO, July 24 (Xinhua) -- Vice President Redley Killion of the Federated States of Micronesia Monday arrived in Qingdao, a booming coastal city in east China's Shandong Province, to continue his eight-day unofficial China visit.
He is expected to end his China tour and leave here on Wednesday.
In this scenic city of Qingdao, Killion is scheduled to tour a national aquiculture base and pay a visit to Haier, one of China's leading home appliance manufacturers.
Killion is here as guest of the Chinese government. Before his Qingdao tour, he has visited Beijing and Shenyang, capital of Liaoning Province in northeast China.
During his stay in Beijing, Killion met with Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Jia Qinglin and Vice President Zeng Qinghong.
